Same - Sir. Paul Okwudili Agbo

When I was an SDE2, I always used to fancy things which other senior engineers used to do. They always seemed busy doing Load Testing, Benchmarking, doing POCs on new technologies, scaling up existing systems. When I joined redBus, all of these things were suddenly not just expected from me, I was expected to lead the efforts and guide others to do the same.
